Tonya L. Hicks — President & CEO, Founder & Trailblazer
Tonya L. Hicks is the President and CEO of Power Solutions, Inc., dba Power Solutions International, and the Managing Principal of Women Do Everything, LLC. She is a nationally recognized clean energy leader, serial entrepreneur, and journeyman wireman electrician with the IBEW. She made history as the first woman to become a journeyman wireman in IBEW Local 917 in Meridian, Mississippi and the first African American woman to become an IBEW journeyman electrician in the State of Mississippi.
